hello guys! im new here and i would like some help choosing the right program for me. i have 10 almost 11 weeks untill im going on vacation so i was thinking about a 8 week program. I am not a big guy and i want to put on some muscle and size so any help would be appriciated. i was looking on the built by sience program and it seemed good but its only 6 weeks so then i dont know what to do for the next 4 weeks. i want something strict to follow for now. hope you guys can help me! many thanks

I´m new to Bodyspace and still figuring everything out. I want to get back in to shape and have recently started going to the gym again. I´m looking for a good schedule/ routine for 3 to 4 days. I´m looking for fast gains. I´m 103 kg´s and 198cm´s (6´5). Looking forward to any advice or tips :)

New to this group. I am a hard-gainer, so anyone looking to put on some muscle with me let me know. I have been tampering with my own custom workouts for a year or so now after being on beginner/intermediate workout templates for a while. I would love some motivation and to hear new meal plan/nutrition programs.
