I have a bucket list goal to compete next Nov. 2015. I am currently 26 weeks prego with #5 baby in 8 years and have always been motivated and highly fit. My body bounces back quick after babies even being at a ripe age of 42 now. I have been training thru this pregnancy and feeling fantastic as usual. I train 6-7 days a week, 45 mins cardio and heavy lifting. Body is gaining weight for baby whether I like it or not. I am going to stay with this group for guidance and wisdom.

Just joined Bodyspace. I am thinking of beginning a competitive career, focusing on the physique division. Is there anyone with experience in this area that can point me in the right direction? Any tips, connections, basic advice would be much appreciated.

Ok, my fellow fit people.... I am new to the group, wondering how it works.... I am ready for any advise any one is willing to pass to me... I was never much a gym person before or even interested in exercise at all.. However, I am really enjoying my journey to weight loss and toning right ... Really liking the feeling it gives me after a good night at the gym.. :)
