Thanks brotha, I started going clean Monday and am gonna start using my elevation mask during lifts and see how that goes!

Spartacus41988 that sucks what happen! I think eating clean, with no cardio will do the trick. I'd also recommend drinking a ton of water. May be a lot of water weight, but it'll help shed off fat as well.

Hey guys new to the group and excited to be! I just had ACL & Meniscus Surgery a month ago and was looking for any tips on losing body fat and maintaining what I already have since cardio is somewhat out of the question for the near future. I eat pretty clean but maybe any supps or routines that could be helpful would be awesome!

hello guys! im new here and i would like some help choosing the right program for me. i have 10 almost 11 weeks untill im going on vacation so i was thinking about a 8 week program. I am not a big guy and i want to put on some muscle and size so any help would be appriciated. i was looking on the built by sience program and it seemed good but its only 6 weeks so then i dont know what to do for the next 4 weeks. i want something strict to follow for now. hope you guys can help me! many thanks

I´m new to Bodyspace and still figuring everything out. I want to get back in to shape and have recently started going to the gym again. I´m looking for a good schedule/ routine for 3 to 4 days. I´m looking for fast gains. I´m 103 kg´s and 198cm´s (6´5). Looking forward to any advice or tips :)
