So the calipers say Im at 9%BF and the tape says Im at 17%BF. Judging at what I look like now and what Im doing in the gym, I don't feel that either of these are exactly accurate. Should I average and go in the middle with 13% (which looks and feels a lot more accurate)?

im new on this sight basically getting ideas from mag. articles and websites.. its not a easy no doubt when your body was stretch out at a size 22..now im a 9 but cant seem to get the core thing going.. but as hard as it was to get the first 20 pounds off the last 20 is harder...btw my upper and lower body are in great tight shape just the mid section ..im determined to find a way out ..any ideas

Hey! I joined the group in order to pursue some lean muscle gain and get advice on what muscles are most attractive in general and also what is most valued in the fitness modeling industry. I want an overall lean muscular physique, but am curious on what it most important to focus on. I am will do whatever it takes.
