New to the group, I have been very determined to make this year my last year as an overweight person and become fit. I am following to the letter workouts. Motivation is always a +. So keep it up everybody. Hopefully we can support each other through this group!

Hello All, Just joining this group today...really trying to cut down on body fat, especially belly fat. Currently doing the 6 week Short Cut to Shred, absolutely love it and have cut some fat. Just curious of any supplements or any other workouts you all do to Lose Body Fat??!!

As of now I am working on gaining a low body fat. I am currently taking fat burning supplements and doing a low caloric diet in order to achieve this. If anyone has tips for me feel free to tell me and also follow/friend me if you want.

Hello everyone, I just joined this group hoping to make friends and find an online training partner. YOOO!!! next 4 weeks are gonna be EPIC! This is my plan.. Gonna be cutting with the Keto diet, have already planned what my meals are going to be for week 1. When I am done with week 2, my body will be used to them Ketones, n I'll have become mentally stable. Then i'll incorporate IF with my Keto diet to shred of those last stubborn pounds. Gonna put it to action, wish me luck guys ;)

Hello everyone , i am new to the group and i was wondering if anyone here can help me out on a meal plan , i have been eating clean , but i guess i get alittle confused on the best times to eat my carb, i am on a high protein , low fat and low carb diet , i am also doing the Kris Gethin 12 week program, i am working hard to get my weight back down to at least 115lbs, right now my current weight is 130lbs
