Hey KaitMTee92 (and everyone). I'm in the same situation, i've about exhausted all my ideas for meals so here my latest batch of ideas, so here come: Spicy turkey chili, sautéd chicken in ginger and soy sauce, roasted porc tacos, lean turkey and shrimp burgers, pulled beef sandwiches with caramelized pepper and onions, braised beef with onions and sweet potate. And lastly crambled eggs or omelet with beef jerky, almost tastes like bacon :)

Hey Cutting Crew! I am looking for meal advice. Just starting my cut and I'm trying to get down to 16% body fat. I'm training 5 days a week and I'm eating 6 small meals a day of 1/2 cup protein & 1/2 cup carbs. I will take all the advice I can get! Good luck! :)
