Why I Started This Group:
I started this body group to both get support and give support to those that want to increase their big three total.

BodyGroup Description

This group is for members to push each other to push themselves. Come on guys and gals. Lets move some weight. I'm always up for some good competition too.

I've gone a little down on my squat from running so much but my bodyweight has as well here are my new numbers! Bench: 380 Squat: 395 Dead lift: 525 Weight: 170 So it's 1300/170 = 7.647!

whats up guys Justin here Iam happy to join this group, and proud too say i just did a 250 lb bench press tonight to bring my total lifts too 1000 lbs exactly with a 455 lb deadlift which can be seen in my vids, and a 295 lb squat which i unfortunatley don't have footage of but i can assure you i completed ;_) and of course the bench i completed tonight at 250 lbs. so iam currently sitting at the 1000 lb total at a bw of 204 lbs and roughly 12-13% bf

New Dead Max Bench: 225 Squat: 365 Deadlift: 415 @ 185 lbs. I swear, if it weren't for this group, I wouldn't have nearly as much motivation to want to push my maxes.

Alright guys got some new numbers for everyone. Bench: 375 Squat:430 Dead lift: 525 Bodyweight: 175 1330/175 = 7.60 I may upload videos sometime especially of my bench so everyone knows I'm not kidding hah good luck on your lifts everyone!
