Why I Started This Group:
I started this body group to both get support and give support to those that want to increase their big three total.

BodyGroup Description

This group is for members to push each other to push themselves. Come on guys and gals. Lets move some weight. I'm always up for some good competition too.

right before i tore my hamstring i had a 405 squat. 300 bench raw and 380 bench equipped. and a 510 deadlift. 1295 total with equipped bench 1215 raw

Did a personal best Deadlift of 555 last week. Deadlift- 555 Squat- 505 Bench Press- 335 Total 1395

285 bench, 465 squat, not doing deadlifts at present. Might be able to break the 1000 mark by end of 2014.

I lost a little bit of weight training the new cadets over the summer mostly in my legs because we ran so much :/ chest is stronger though! I'm hoping to get my squat back up and bench to 400 by Thanksgiving. Bench: 390 Squat: 405 Deadlift: 525 Body weight: 170 1300/170 = 7.65 Keep at it everyone!
