Been a while since I've posted. How's everyone doing? I've been getting in more running and can finally run a mile without stopping. Today I actually pushed through 2 miles in about 21:50, feels so good to be able to do things i could never do before

Hey group! I just joined! I know my current weight and that is not really my issue. My issue is my gigantic one pack and man bobs that I carry around on a daily basis. I would like to eventually get rid of that and be fit. My overall weight is not an issue but just want to lose the belly.

Took the week off to work security at a music festival, and relaxed my diet a bit too. Still ended up losing a pound, so no complaints. Pumped to get back into things though. How's everyone else doing?
