It's been 1 month since I've started..lost about 9 lbs! Yet, I still have a good amount of lower belly fat...need tips!!

2 weeks down and looking forward to the next one. Just taking it one day at a tim, but I can't help but be anxious about the future. Taking progress pics Sunday and can't wait to see the difference!

@avg- I love Scivation Xtend(BCAA's), Integrated Supplements (whey isolate), and ON (casein). I also like taking L-carnitine pre-cardio and L-glutamine post-workout/before bed. Hope this is helpful! :)
