Throughout the entire challenge I really felt like I had a legitimate shot at winning this challenge. I was making great progress and really liking the changes I was seeing, but seeing what everyone else has accomplished has me really impressed. Gonna have to step it up.

Wow this challenge was just what I needed to give me the motivation I needed! I have seen some great transformations way to go everyone! Over the past 12 weeks I have learned so much. I wish everyone the best of luck keep bb pushing your self in the gym and keep setting new goals!

I hope you all had a successful transformation and that the challenge has positively changed your lives as much as it has mine. Remember the contest may be over but the journey to your own personal goals are not... keep striving for more and always stay hungry to achieve your dreams.

Some amazing transformations! Nice to see so many people dedicate themselves and strive to meet thier goals. Awesome job everyone! You have to feel equipped to something and that this thing must achieve it, regardless." the goal is achieved lower my body fat and reach my goal you too can!!!

So I've determined that I need to start doing my sprint intervals outside because I'm faster than my treadmill now. Actually kind of excited about that because before the transformation challenge, my treadmill use to OWN my tail! :)

This challenge was such a motivator for me...just what I needed after breaking my hip last summer. I am very proud of all the lifestyle changes I made and will continue to work hard to see just what I am capable of :)
