Ok...I am headed on vacation April 27th and I need to look my best. I am stuck at 155lb and can not break through. My strength is increasing but size is staying the same. Any suggestions on meal plans or workouts? I want size but obviously low BF. Thanks guys!

This last 10 Lbs is the toughest. I have upped my eating, changed my supplements, pushed heavier at the gym, yet I have just plateaued at my current weight. I don't get it. If anyone has any tips or advise, I'll be more than happy to accept it.

Stepped it up a gear this week!!! concentrated on heavy weights for main body parts and compound exercises!! Helped a few people, ate clean and stuck to my goals!!! Ready for some kettlebell training tomorrow morning!!!

Went for a run this morning, got in 4 miles then did interval sprints in the park!! Mixing endurance with explosive strength! I WANT IT ALL!

I say use the wrist straps if they help you lift more, more weight means more growth. If you are worried about grip strength you can always add some fore arm exercices to help that.

Any thoughts on using wrist straps vs. not? I've seen some good gains mostly b/c of using straps with stiff-leg deadlifts but some say it leads to weaker grips. Any ideas? That was my question...
