This is a group for those looking to add muscle. For those who want to be bigger. Not just any 10 pounds though. 10 pounds of muscle. Constantly strive to improve towards a bigger and more ripped physique.

    i just joined this group and hopefully u guys can help me. im only able to get in the gym 4 or 5 days a week cuz im deployed. i wanna get my maxes up. my bench max is now at 265 and i wanna get 300. military press is 185 and i want 215. clean is 165 and i want 185. sinc im limited on days to lift and caloric intake...can anyone give me theyre opinions on a regiment? anything helps. thanks

    hey guys i just joined bodyspace. if you guys would, help me out with all the tips you can give me for my goal: -Increase Bench Press from 220 to 235 -Increase Barbell Curl from 113 to 125 I weigh 153lbs Any tips guys? i know some but i want to make sure i maximize my results Thanks for helping guys!

    Hey whats good everyone, hope all is well with everyones goals and progress. I've been an athlete all my life but never really spent too much time in the weight room. I played baseball for about 12 years and lifted weights occassionally in high school. I recently started my journey in bodybuilding this May. If anyone has any recommendations or jus want to convo then hit me back up.

    Yo guys. Hope everyone is pushing the weight hard and eating right. Im up almost 10lbs but Im not noticing the gains visually, and Im still seriously lacking in my pecs. Im benching good amounts of weight and I just cant seem to get pec size. Any ideas?
