Any ideas on switching up workouts? I've read a couple things about doing a week of high reps and low weight then going back to heavy weight low reps...I already switch up the exercises every 4 or 5 weeks but I keep the same set up (4-5xWeek doing 1 or 2 muscle groups per day)

AFDAVID09 80% of how you look is diet. Stay away from carbs or atleast minimize it. Yes, sugar is a form of carbs. Once your body gets use to it it will slowly turn you into a shredded machine. Have you ever thought about getting your colon cleansed physically? From what I have heard and read it seems to be a 1 time thing that works, Gaurenteed...............LOL

I have now been working out seriously coming up to 3 years in Jan 2010...and I'm lovin' every step of the way! Apart from the feel good-look good factor, I find myself living a healthier and stress-free lifestyle. Am currently gymming 3 times a week covering all body parts once...with one day of cardio thrown in. I am getting lean, but still wish to put on more muscle mass. I guess I am not eating as much! But I am happy.

just joined the group and everyones goals sound great. i've trained for years, going up and down. different goals, weights, and workouts. currently, i am seeking to cut up and attempt to get shredded. i started about a month ago eating clean and upping the protein. so far, waistline is dropping and gaining mass, while losing bf. good luck to everyone and train hard. no pain no gain.
