I started this group so that everyone can have someone to talk to about working out and what supplements to and not to take. Also to help on diets and well ...

Oct 31, 2009 8:32pm i too want to start a load/maintence creatine program. Im pretty sure im going to use ester, sorry if i misspelled that. ON 100% whey has been working great for me, but i think its time for some creatine.

Oct 23, 2009 10:32pm Just joined the group as well as the forums. im currently 17 and a fairly light kid, my weight fluctuates often between 125 and 132 at the most, i have an extremely high metabolism. ive tried working out in the past but never had any real motivation, diet or techniques but im really determined to do it right this time. seeing a nutritionist next week to get a legit diet plan. currently all i take is GNC amplified mass XXX (which im switching to mutant mass soon) and creatine monohydrate pills

Oct 22, 2009 11:02am Yo guys just joined the group. I take a casein shake with breakfast, whey shake post-workout, and another casein right before bed. Other than that I stick to a really strict diet. You gotta eat way more than normal if you wanna gain.

Oct 14, 2009 6:08pm I just ordered BSN nitrix so I'm going to give that a shot, I've tried NO Xplode, superpump 250, and jacked3d i like NO Xplode a lot better than the other two because superpump gave me the runs and an unsettled stomach throughout my workout and jacked3d was amazing for the first week but then it didn't do much else for me after that i feel like i built an immunity to it very fast. I hope that Nitrix works well otherwise its back to the NO Xplode

Oct 14, 2009 3:02pm ive tried NANO Vapour, Super pump 250 and various others, but each time i find myself going back to the BSN Products, they just work. though has anyone else found that ENDORUSH just gives them horrible stomach aches?

Oct 13, 2009 1:19am I've used several different pre workout supplements and N.O. Xplode has been the best for me. I also use BSN's post-workout supplement Cell Mass and I've found that my muscles recover twice as fast as opposed to not taking Cell Mass.

Oct 9, 2009 11:37am I prefer using Nano Vapor as as my pre workout drink it gives me everyhting I need and I'm jacked all day and the whole week.
