I just completed week two of my transformation......upped my gym time to 6 days a week, already seeing noticeable results!!

Just joined the group and am starting the 12 week transformation. I will be following Kris Gethins workouts and some of his diet! I hope you guys can keep me strong and active!

Glad just joined group, to see how others are reacting to their transformation along with daily life. Today was day 46 for me, replaced legs workout with chest and tri's. Legs still sore from last leg workout.
