Jul 18, 2009 1:51pm I need some advice on supplements. I am currently taking Cell Tech and GNC Amp Fuel Protien. It doesnt seem like it is working up to my expectations after 2 months of the gym every day. Anyone have any ideas for me???

Jun 9, 2009 7:14pm My flat bench with dumbells I start out with 75 12x,80 10x, 85 8x, then 90 6x. Recently though iv'e gotten back to using bar cause I felt I need to mix it up a bit so one week ill do dumbells and then the next bar. Only reason i stopped using bar before was cause i injured myself doing bar yet Ive never injured myself with dumbells.

May 19, 2009 1:31am been about a month back into lifting, and ive managed some decent gains of strength... first day i could barely do 40-50 for 10reps... now 1 month later im pushing 85x6...
just so you know im 5'10 at 145lbs but 2 years ago i was 141lbs, with a max of 110lb DBs for 4...

May 7, 2009 1:50pm Is that per arm or total? Currently I do 32kg/70lbs 6r. But when I do the movement, I concentrate on muscle contraction. up 3seconds, down 3seconds.
