    Great workout this am!!! Got asked today "what workouts are you doing - you have really lost some weight!" I laughed because I have only lost 2 pounds on the scale but almost 24 lbs of bodyfat. I just started dialing in the nutrition this week - what a great feeling it was to have someone ask me that!!!!

    I've just started looking over the profiles on the group and I hope that I can do half as well :) Today's weather is beautiful and my lifting went well. I came home to a great family and realized how blessed I am. Hope the best for all of you. Keep ripping the weight and eating clean

    Keep fighting the good fight. Today is going to be great. Eat well, live well and make the most of every opportunity. I'm gonna eat some egg whites, and hit they gym. When I get there, those weights are going to feel light!!!!!
