Oct 23, 2009 5:26pm hey group, I'm trying to drop about 35 to 40pds before next spring. I've stopped the candy,sweets,and soda. Started 5 to 6 days a week workouts. Now, I just need a group to keep me motivated. Any takers? I'll be glad for any help.

Oct 22, 2009 8:53am alot of questions about nutrition..i DONT apply it every day but protein shakes, fish, chicken, egg whites r most of ur protein, & rice cakes, sweet potatoes low carb ww tortillas r good carbs, o DONT let me forget OATMEAL..heaven for bid, i eat it everyday for breakfast lol
