Nov 5, 2009 11:42pm Hey whats up everyone I havint logged on in a while. Over 800 members in this group now HOLY *HIT!!!! I'm harvest diving now in alaska, nothing like risking your life for 2000 a day. Frankly I'm quite tired of it Money aint worth it. Whenever I do lunges I cramp up on my hams and glutes. Nov 5, 2009 2:32pm Hey, this is my first post since joining the group and I figured now is better then ever. I've reached a plateau in weight loss. I've tried dropping calories and extended the cardio workouts and then 4 weights days. Any suggestions would be very helpful.

Nov 4, 2009 8:14am Ok everyone, I'm ready to fuel my workouts a little more and I need music to do that. So the question is... What songs pump you up in the gym?? I mean, when you hear it, you're ready to do one more set, one more rep!! Don't assume that a brutha ONLY listens to rap and hip-hop. I'll listen to rock and metal too, as long as I get psyched up!!!
