Yesterday, 10:38pm oh yeah if ur 17 then that does make a big difference, youre still growing and developing so youll naturally be gaining size. but you wont know how much uve actually gained because youve never weighted in the correct way before; no reference point. just see how you progress from now on.

Yesterday, 7:20pm i didnt know that mattered to much, ill have to weigh myself in the morning lol but how will i know how much i have actually gained because when i weighed myself last it was mid day after eating etc.

Yesterday, 12:03pm jack are you weighing yourself first thing in the morning on an empty stomach after pissing? because it seems unrealistic that youd gain weight at that fast a rate unless youre juicing, no offense meant. for a long time i was weighing myself when id go to the gym mid-day, and my weight was artificially inflated by like 4 pounds.

Yesterday, 5:35am Hay! I started my bulking phase on the first monday of november! i decided to try something of my own and take a weight gainer with the carbs in the 3 weight training days an the other days i have been taking pure instant weigh and doing two light cardio sessions a week i got told not to do this and it wouldn't work because the cardio would cut off muscle gain, but i have weighed myself after 3 weeks and added 6 pound look better in the mirror and doesn't seem to be any fat gain!

Nov 19, 2009 6:38am i having some problems leaning out my lower back area, like i cant get my v to wrap all the way around. I eat right, no sweets, no soda, no fried foods, nd i row for jacksonville university so i do plenty of cardio. Can anyone help me out?
