    i could be wrong but aren't bulk workouts mainly to gain size? if you're doing workouts that mainly increase your size, you're not going to get alot stronger fast. But if you're wanting to get strong quicker, you'll want to do higher reps with your exercises like 10-12reps. Try to stay in that rep range when you workout. Don't lower your reps if you get tired, lower the weight and aim for 10-12 reps

    hey i have been getting into a bulking routine and trying to get stronger but my strength is not going up and even down on some lifts. I have been hitting the weights hard for 1 hour 15 min 5 day split and cardio 2-3 times a week. any suggestions?

    Find a decline bench and do some sets with weight were you can olny get 6-12 reps to mix it up.

    Yeah to much cardio is over kill. alot people dont know that but its actually proven its easier for your body to burn muscle than fat so limit the cardio maxamaize the nutrition!
