also some good tri workouts are dips, overhead cabel extensions and finally skull crushers i find you can really isolate them if you do skull crushers on an incline with an easy curl bar

u said you train your chest then your shoulders & tri's i hope that ur not doing em all on the same day beacuse doing chest and and tri's on the same day is a nom u use both muscles wile training your chest so if u were doing em on the same day they would deff be worn out if u were doing them last i would deffanitly consider you do ur tri's about 3 days after or before your chest

alright i need help from the tricep pro's. im trying to gain another inch on my arms and the problem is my triceps. Theyre not gaining as much as my biceps. I usually train my chest, shoulders, and then hit my triceps. I know they have already been worked pretty hard, but is this why theyre not growing? would they get bigger if i train triceps first when theyre fresh?

sven, yeah man! carbs are very important after you train. you used up all the glycogen in your muslces so you must replace it! so have you protein shake right when you finish, + some carb source. then go home, and eat again! everything and anything. food makes you grow!

@CraZ DrtRider17 thanks for the answer. I got an other question. Is it normal to eat something after trainer beside a protein drink ?

Protein is fine, nothing else is needed... Just start eating more, and work on learning all the exercises with proper tek. Your body will let you know when it's time to take things more seriously. your biggest goal now is trying to learn as much as you can, and sticking with it. guys get all worked up about what they take, and spend all this money. when they don't know how to train, and stop after 6 months anyway
