wow man that is a lot but you need to be lifting and eating for mass I would suggest cycling through weeks of heavy work and moderate work and eating plenty of carbs but cycle that Diet as well between high and low days as to not have any unwanted fat stored on your body

Great day everyone. After trying out NO-xplode and superpump 250 I chose to buy SP250 because my body responds to it better I guess. Anyway my main goal is to cut weight and have a lean body. I do running, push ups and sit ups. I just bought superpump 250, protein drink and VPX meltdown. please help me on how to stack this 3 products to help me loose weight, I mean when is the best time to use it, what intervals and so. thank you guys looking forward for a great training.
