I own BeFit4Free.com and BeFit4Free.net and want to meet people who are in shape, and HUGE, but just haven't competed yet.

Group Description

We're everyone from the guy who needs to lose 40 pounds of fat to get on stage, the little guy who needs to bulk up to the MONSTER who just needs a little confidence / motivation to get on stage for the first time.

    cheyennelax26 ...i would skip the cardio until you are ready to start cutting down to get on stage....generally that is about 16-20 weeks out from your show date. Other than that, eat and train, eat and train.

    BULKING time, need to put on some size so i can get on stage. plan on eating 3700 cal on lift days and 3000 on off days. 5 day split, cardio 3 times a week in a.m. Any suggestions?

    Alright -- did a full carb day and still under 150! I'm ready for this. two days out from comp. 1-2-3-4-5-6-7 pose! 1-2-3-4-5-6-7 pose! etc. I'm glad I learned to walk and chew bubble gum at the same time. Thea my trainer and choreographer has me doing stuff I never imagined. It will be a good time.

    Doing low carb for two days - and need to drop 2# this week. Using XPEL and whatever else will work! I am getting pumped for this first comp. I plan on having some fun out there.

    Roy dont do any heavy cardio maybe a couple times a week walk on the treadmill on a medium walk on the steepest incline after a workout for 15 to 20 minutes but make sure you eat some protein before your walking just protein maybe a couple egg whites just to make sure you are not breaking down your muscle further. I never do cardio besides walking its all in your diet keep it clean.
