BroCon I recommend you eating A TON of high calorie, high carb, and high protein foods every 2-3 hours. Also, get plenty of rest at night to help your body rebuild high quality muscle. Also, doing 2-3 twenty minute cardio sessions a week will help keep your body lean and cut without losing much muscle mass.

What's up bros. I'm trying to put on some serious muscle. I'm only about 210 and am looking to tack on about 20 lb's of lean muscle. Are there any supplements/nutritional advice that anyone here could enlighten me with? That'd be great

i need help with my diet as i want to lean bulk so i need to eat clean i am going to do 40pro:40carbs:20fat i weigh 75kg(165pounds) i need to eat 291g of pro and carbs and 65g of fat each day so that means 50g of pro and carbs and 10g of fat at each meal can you help me create a diet plan cheers.

Last night I ran 8.5 miles. I took the darkest path possible ,I could only concentrate on the pavement a few meters ahead of me. I wasnt thinking about losing fat or any kind of physical goal...I felt like I was testing the strength of my soul, because long distance running has always been difficult for me due to my childhood asthma... so 8.5 miles!! To some it is nothing but to me...it was like I conquered a demon from years back. Now its back to the gym but I will be going for 10 next time!!

im deployed overs seas and need some help my buddy just went home and he gave me his supplements 1 bottle of lekic 1 of creakic 1 of cryotes 1 of myo shock 1 of na no 1 of prototype 216 1 of aplondan 1 bottle of t-bomb11 1 can of animal m-stak and 1 can of the animal pak protein and creatine now what do i do with all this stuf cause i know you cant take it all at once but what do you stak with what

hey all, great group you've got here, Im on my way to transform my body over 12 weeks period to get my 6 pack and gain some lean mass too, I just finished 2 weeks and posted the progress pics, let me know what you think. keep up the good work.

KetCheM_18 - I can help you work on that Bench Press Increase - Add and Mail me ... Mine is now up from around 205 8 Weeks ago to 260+! A few things I learned from Cutler's programs and a few things from Pro's I know!

hey guys i just joined bodyspace. if you guys would, help me out with all the tips you can give me for my goal: -Increase Bench Press from 220 to 235 -Increase Barbell Curl from 113 to 125 I weigh 153lbs Any tips guys? i know some but i want to make sure i maximize my results Thanks for helping guys!

right now I take super pump 250, its great and i cant imagine working out without it, but i need something that last longer and does the samething for cheaper. does anyone have any idea what is out there that i can take?
