I think drinking had held back my weight loss progress so I'm looking for people who are going through the same thing.

Group Description

My main New Year resolution to quit drinking, which I have for two weeks now. I want this to be a support group for people commited to changing for the better for 2009.

Hello all. My resolution is to gain muscle through proper diet and exercise. I've finally become consistant with my workouts, but my eating habits still leave much to be desired. I have the bad habit of becoming so overwhelmed by stress that I don't consistantly eat 6 meals a day and neglect to drink my gallon of water. To prevent this from happening again I'm going to keep better track of my stress level and allow plenty of time to pack meals and snacks in advance.

Damn I have finally hit a "brick wall" ca't seem to get the speed up to break through it. I have changed up my 1-hour cardio to 30-minutes high intensity to see if that helps. I am also trying to do less sets with managable weight to 10-12 reps with a bit higher. Lets see how it goes.
