Hey I am also taking Animal Pak before my workouts and a protein shake after my workouts (My protein shakes can go from Special K to Ensure to EAS). I think that protein shakes post workouts give you that feeling of recovery you need after a tough workout. It is very satisfying and delicious. I was wondering does anyone know if Animal pak is ok to use for natural competition?

I do take an animal pak a little over an hour before my workout, then drink a protein shake within a half hour after my workout. I've noticed with the animal paks, enhanced energy and the protein shakes not only help re-build your muscle but it keeps be from eating everything in site before I go to bed.

Is anyone taking a preworkout drink or post? What kind of supplements have you tried? Any good fat burners that have given you great results?

Hi Everyone, I'm new to the group and just wanted to say HEY! I just recently started lifting weights and I'm curious to know how your routine looks like at the gym and if there are any good supplements you are trying to help with preworkouts or after workout recovery!

A crossfit workout can't be easily described. Basically it's some sort of combination of exercises designed based on spec ops workouts, gymnastics, runners, olympic lifts, circuit training and everything else you can think of. There's a WOD (workout of the day) posted and the goals are to complete them. Some are timed some are just for reps... it's always different. I've been doing it for almost 2 months now and I've never repeated a workout. I love it cuz I never get board!!
