I created this group because I wanted to build a close-knit environment where people could learn from others within their own age group.

Group Description

This group was created for people in their twenties. We're young and in our prime. Whatever your goals, let's achieve them together.

NOTE: Please do not request to join this group if your age is not properly displayed on your BodySpace profile. Thank you!

Detailed Goal

Our goal is simple: Live Healthier. If that means adding muscle, great! If that means burning fat, even better! Whatever your goals, let's achieve them together.

Group Commitment

"Every member of this group committed to..."

being as involved as they want, but everyone is encouraged to contribute their time and share their thoughts with each other, so that we can progress together. Note: An invitation to join is not a reason to join. Be yourself. =)

Hey there 20 somethings! Glad to be a part of the group! Does anyone know any great nutrition articles for cutting up? I am going to start my cutting phase in a few weeks. Best of luck to all of you and God bless!

How is everybody doing? I'm currentlt getting ready to compete in 5 weeks at the NPC Excalibur Championships in Culver City, California. This is the 1st time I am walking into a show with confidence and also a much harder and defined look. Best of luck with everyone with your goals and progress.

hello there everyone, haven't been around in forever cuz as it turns out i am pretty good at what i do and have been working nonstop for the past month... that hasn't been to nice for my fitness goals though as i've gained weight in the not-cool way... and i've had to cut down on work out time because i run out of energy at like 1 hr or so (i used to work out 2-ish hr twice a day)... any ideas on how to increase my energy?

My wife and I are doing P90X. It's fun and has enough variety to keep things interesting. Gotten decent results so far doing the lean routine, moving to classic soon.

P90X works if you stick to it. It is better for leaning out if that is what you are trying to do. I have a few friends that have got shredded from it.
