Our goal is simple: Live Healthier. If that means adding muscle, great! If that means burning fat, even better! Whatever your goals, let's achieve them together.
Group Commitment
"Every member of this group committed to..."
being as involved as they want, but everyone is encouraged to contribute their time and share their thoughts with each other, so that we can progress together. Note: An invitation to join is not a reason to join. Be yourself. =)

Oct 24, 2009 9:24pm hello there everyone, haven't been around in forever cuz as it turns out i am pretty good at what i do and have been working nonstop for the past month... that hasn't been to nice for my fitness goals though as i've gained weight in the not-cool way... and i've had to cut down on work out time because i run out of energy at like 1 hr or so (i used to work out 2-ish hr twice a day)... any ideas on how to increase my energy?

Oct 23, 2009 10:23am My wife and I are doing P90X. It's fun and has enough variety to keep things interesting. Gotten decent results so far doing the lean routine, moving to classic soon.

Oct 22, 2009 5:22pm P90X works if you stick to it. It is better for leaning out if that is what you are trying to do. I have a few friends that have got shredded from it.
