I created this group because I wanted to build a close-knit environment where people could learn from others within their own age group.

Group Description

This group was created for people in their twenties. We're young and in our prime. Whatever your goals, let's achieve them together.

NOTE: Please do not request to join this group if your age is not properly displayed on your BodySpace profile. Thank you!

Detailed Goal

Our goal is simple: Live Healthier. If that means adding muscle, great! If that means burning fat, even better! Whatever your goals, let's achieve them together.

Group Commitment

"Every member of this group committed to..."

being as involved as they want, but everyone is encouraged to contribute their time and share their thoughts with each other, so that we can progress together. Note: An invitation to join is not a reason to join. Be yourself. =)

I want to compete in female figure fitness modelling and as an actor want to pursue action chick roles and use a lean, fit body to help my career. My goal is to do a fitness show by September. I have been phasing most things out, and consulting people I know in the industry. But any diet/exercise tips you have about how to become competition ready (diet/exercise related) would be appreciated.

Hey everybody! I'm new to BodySpace and 20 Something. I've been hitting the gym pretty hard here in Iraq. Going home in January where I'll finally be able to diet the way I need to! Thanks for starting this group.

Hey there 20 somethings! Glad to be a part of the group! Does anyone know any great nutrition articles for cutting up? I am going to start my cutting phase in a few weeks. Best of luck to all of you and God bless!

How is everybody doing? I'm currentlt getting ready to compete in 5 weeks at the NPC Excalibur Championships in Culver City, California. This is the 1st time I am walking into a show with confidence and also a much harder and defined look. Best of luck with everyone with your goals and progress.
