    Can't tell by what I got up NOW but, my transformation is going well and I have some serious tips for people that I learned in my past bodybuilding life (lol) for increasing your max's with Bench Press and Squats. I have a problem though: My movements are perfect and I attack them in all different ways and I can't get **** for Bicep definition! Growth and Strength? YES. Definition? WEAK!!!

    Sorry I've been out guys I got robbed awhile ago and they took my life (my computer) and after buying a new one I never seemed to get back on here, but don't worry I kept my workouts up. They took my peace of mind but I got it back with a 9MM and a pitbull so I will be back online everyonce in awhile. What's goin on with you guys? any crazy stuff happenin on 2 ton's I know my diet is suffering but I'm gonna start workin on it tomarrow later guys

    i normally will start with a weight that i can only do about 7 reps of and ill work it up 12 reps and move on to the next weight

    Well Ket, your going to have to put on some pounds, and try reverse grip benching, switching off bench days with wide and close grip sets, strengthen your lats, delts and traps also! all helps you bench more!

    hey guys i just joined bodyspace. if you guys would, help me out with all the tips you can give me for my goal: -Increase Bench Press from 220 to 235 -Increase Barbell Curl from 113 to 125 I weigh 153lbs Any tips guys? i know some but i want to make sure i maximize my results Thanks for helping guys!
