Personal record set today: 235@8, 265@3, and repeated 265@3; rep records for each weight; Aiming for 315 before January 1st. Feeling very confident about getting there. Only 12 weeks away.

225 for 4 today; No spotter; No one lifting the weights off the rack; Good Progress, all things consider. Goal: 315 for 1 in 12 months.

Joined site and group last week, looking to add friends if you are active in Bench goals. I Bench Mondays and dumbbells thursday. Would enjoy hearing your goals, milestones, tips, updates.

Benched for the first time today. I couldnt get 315 as before but that was2 years ago. I was only able to get 225 (got me frustrated) I just need to keep pushing

Increased my 10 rep max of 225 to 245 for 3 sets. Hoping this will bring the old 1-Rep Max up. Any ideas?
