    I think i found my benching problem by doing a flat DB press. My right side turns in forcing way too much tricep work, i feel a weird shock whenever i use my right pec. Its ALWAYS been like that but idk what it is and it makes my right pec ALOT weaker. Maybe a pinched nerve?
