    last night i was doing a half rep-fullrep for one count, ( do half a rep, then a full rep, thats 1 )

    I did something like that one training cycle. I worked in a power cage. Had one of the safetybars set just elow sticking point and one set 6 or so inches above. The olympic bar was in between the two. I'd press the weight up and hold it against the top for a few seconds then drop and repeat.

    Man, that wuuld be tough. I usually do a drop set to failure at the end of my bench routine. I might have to try that.

    you would be correct! have you guys ever tried taking a light weight and holding it at the top middle and at the bottum of a rep for 10 seconds each and then exploding up (after your done your regular bench system).... its hard haha
