Group Description

We are a group of people 40 and over that lives a healthy lifestyle. We strive to look the best that we can be and to show the younger lazier generation on how to get busy in the gym. We want all types of members. Any type of physical level is accepted. We want our kids and grandkids to be proud of us.

    mwa...did u ever find out what that pain was? Souns like sciatica to me. I'm no doctor...well, actually I am but not that kind....anyway, did it resolve itself?

    What the F### is going on with me. My trainnig is going well and i am losing BF% like i want. But yesterday i was in the shower and i bent over to wash my feet and now i am in horrible pain i can hardly stand up straight havent trainned in two days and had to call off work. I hate when this **** happens because it tears me up mentally. I guess if it dont get better i'll have to make at trip to the ER. Damn this sucks!!!!!!!!!You all have a great week and thanks for joining our group.

    Taking my fitness to the next level. I will start working with a pro trainer this week and want to put more mass on my chest, shoulders and arms. Can hardly wait!

    Juliet, you are absolutely right. We are the new 20s. And we can stay that way. With improvements in health technology, if we stay lean and mean we can thrive for a long, long time. A few weeks ago I got challenged to pushups at my son's fencing academy. Doing 37, I beat them all!

    I guess i will increase my cardio from here to January. I cut some body fat fairly quick and now i have come to a freezing point. My goal is to be to 10 to 12% by jan. Then start my precontest diet. If you have any advice to help me please send em my way. You all have a fabulous week!
