Group Description

We are a group of men that doesn't want to decay. We are parents that want to run on the field with our kids instead of watching from the sidelines. We are a group that wants to show the young guys that 40 ain't old. We want to live healthy in body, nutrition, family, and soul.

    Gary, I have had great success with a carb cycling diet. There are many variations, but here is what I did: 2 days very low carbs (100 gm), one day high carbs (350 gm), then one day medium carbs (200 gm). I ate very low fat and the rest is protein, with my total calories the same ea. day. Good luck!

    Need some input. I want to try low carb 3 day moderate 2 day. What is a good range for each day -- 162#.
