I'm inspired by the men over 40 I see on Bodyspace who have made significant accomplishments. For advice, guidance, support, and motivation for all ...
We are a group of men that doesn't want to decay. We are parents that want to run on the field with our kids instead of watching from the sidelines. We are a group that wants to show the young guys that 40 ain't old. We want to live healthy in body, nutrition, family, and soul.
We know that to make this work it will take committment. Time is scarce, finding time to work out may mean being at the gym at 6:00 before work or before the kids get up. We will encourage each other to put in the effort, to maintain a sustainable long term healthy lifestyle. This is not about the short term. This is about the n ...

Jul 2, 2009 10:19am Gary, I have had great success with a carb cycling diet. There are many variations, but here is what I did: 2 days very low carbs (100 gm), one day high carbs (350 gm), then one day medium carbs (200 gm). I ate very low fat and the rest is protein, with my total calories the same ea. day. Good luck!
