Whew! Long day after ending a long week led to a tough workout tonight! - Gym has a new trainer who followed me around my circuit setting the machines, counting reps and writing down my results for me. Nice but really wore me out since there was not any recovery time between exercises. 65,915 total volume tonight. - Scale is still stuck but showed 14” improvement overall this week, -6.75” bad and +7.25” good! - Bad Reductions + Good Increases = PROGRESS!

Where is everybody at?!?!? Errands after work pushed the workout a couple hours late tonight, on top of being a weight / plate increase night. Still managed to grind out 53,808 LBs in volume during my 65 minutes of exertion. BONZAI!!! Actually looking forward to Friday’s weigh in…hoping the needle finally slides down at least a little LOL!

What's up?!?!? There show 342 members but hardly anybody is posting...maybe it's just the time of year...I hope LOL! Had a really aggravating Monday at work so I decided to take it out on the machines tonight! 60,700 total volume…YeeHaaH!!! Topped out my reps tonight so next time will be a weight plate increase…volume always drops off on plate increase day since reps drop back off…might have to figure out a way to minimize the drop off! GRRRRRRRRRRR!!!

Hi, all! Glad to have some encouragement on the road to fit. I've got about 75 pounds to lose. My goal: to be fit, healthy, able to chase my kids, and, hopefully, someday to compete in figure. Currently: am attempting to eat clean and am doing HIIT. HIIT's awful, but it hurts so good, you know? Soon: am adding in lifting. Love to lift heavy.

Wow, not many folks chatting in here. The group must have gotten bashful while I was away LOL! Okay, breaking in a new 24 stage routine today, working on a little higher weight per exercise, added a few more exercises. Only totaled 33K in volume but that will jump back up as I find the failure weights on the new routines. We will be trying again tomorrow night to get back to M-W-F even though it will not have been 48 hours I think it will be okay...we shall see LOL!

Whew! 48,000 volume in 80 minutes but ugh, what a drag! Hopefully I’ll start seeing some results soon so I can find some motivation LOL! :-) Looking at the posts it would appear this group has gotten quiet compared to the past...where'd y'all go?!?!?

ok group heres a 3 week update. Lost 13 lbs in 22 days and have been lifting 5-6 days a week but have only done cardio 8 times. Have started to do it every day now. Drinking 1 1/2 -2 gallons of water so that it is not so much water weight and have only eaten home made meals since I started. Chicken & tuna about 250g of protein per day. Also gone from 2 packs of sigs a day to only 1-2 sigs a day. Hope to finally quit within the next week or so. Good luck all and keep it up.
