I want to get in touch with other women out there that are over 50 and share the love of lifelong fitness and dedication to the sport.

A group for mature women that are dedicated to transforming their bodies. Women over 50 that are wanting to share information, goals and affirmations about working out hard in the gym.

Anyone have success with dealing with cellulite? Summer is coming up, and although I lift and do cardio consistently, it seems to be getting worse since menopause. Eating food in it's more natural state, so my nutritional habits improving. Any ideas!?!!

Hello everyone. I am back in the gym after some illness set me back for 4 months. I had lost weigh during the summer but gain it all back during the holidays. I am following a New Adkins/Ketogenic diet and I am very happy with the results but I need to start toning and building muscle and strength. I am looking forward to hearing about other women's success and challenges.

Has anyone else had trouble tracking a workout. I've tried tracking day 8 of Livefit 3 times and it shows I've done the workout but won't show any of the details I input like weights and reps. I had no problem with the first 4 days. Has anyone else had this problem? Could it be because I skipped the rest says?

New to the group. Tried leaving a comment but it may have been too long. I'd like to know where everybody is in their fitness pursuits, I'm looking to share this journey with like-minded women and am also doing Jamie Eason's livefit program. Just finished day 4 today.
