Back from 2 week Greece trip. Only gained one pound in spite of diet choices. Heavy hiking. Ready to get back on track again. Lost that extra pound. Trainer at my gym is working with me and I appreciate his tips. The ab routine he gave me really hits the lower belly - my challenge area....sigh...

Hey, where is everyone? I was hoping to see updates on everyone to help motivate me & for me to motivate you! Seems I keeping gaining and losing the same 5 lb.s. Hoping my knee gets better so I can bring back the cardio.

Messed up knee golfing, so doing only upper body lifting. Frustrating. I was trying to prepare for a 5K to run with my husband. Need to eat cleaner. Can tell this week my diet not on track. Today is a new day though...

I would be interested in hearing from others on this. After menopause, getting enough hours of sleep challenging (I have limited my caffeine, used Melatonin, etc.). Falling asleep fine, but waking up between 2:30 - 4:30 am. I did bring up to my dr. and she has set me up with a med that she thought might help. I am sleeping more, but still not enough. On a positive note, I did promptly lose 2 pounds after starting this (worried as side effect was either gaining or losing weight).

On week 4 of LiveFit program. Lost the one lb. I gained (sigh). Ready to start up the cardio on the plan, which, I believe, starts on week 5. I hope to see my weight drop. Ready to lose my muffin top!

Beginning third week on LiveFit. Went up 1 lb. but down .5 inches in waist! Lifting is fun, but finding it challenging not doing cardio the first few weeks and with the diet - especially with the increased protein and avoiding refined carbs.

Hello everyone! I just found this group and am hoping someone can help me with what is a serious issue for me. I lost quite a bit of weight a couple of years ago and noticed that my skin was starting to sag...especially on the inner thighs. I am going to finish this transformation this time and am hoping someone has some suggestions on how to keep my skin tight? Any help will be greatly appreciated!!!
