Naturally. I would eat the complex carbs in the morning, simple carbs after a workout, and very little carbs if any in the evenings (except for the after workout carbs if you are working out in the evenings).

Post workout nutrition is so important. Don't drop the carb. The drop the carbs any other time just don't do it after a workout. Your body needs these carbs to grow or even maintain. if you cut carbs you post workout you will loose muscle.

Hello all, ive just started my first cut and was wondering if anyone had any advice on post workout nutrition. I was taking a protien carb blend in cyclone however now as im trying to decrease the carbs is it worth just dropping that down to a whey? my other worry is that due to other commitments i usualy dont finish training til around 9 and so was wondering if consuming the carbohydrates that late would effect my cut? cheers

Hey guys, im working with that awkward medium of trying to pack muscle and trim a little fat. I love lifting weight and can handle my diet, i am just in desperate need for some expertise in cardio/fat shredding training. Any help would be hugely appreciated. Thanks, Dan

See below my 2 rules for success. Supplements are just that, to supplement a healthy diet. make sure your diet is in order before contemplating supplements. I only use protien powder, and take a multivitamin and omega 3 vitamin. That is it. Stay healthy.

Hello all.. I have a question regarding stemulite. Is this ok for women to take? I only see men on the website who swear by its effectiveness.

Well guys I just received an e-mail from BB.com and they are going to publish me as a transformation of the week sometime in the near future. Wow what an honor, and motivator to go farther and heavier.

there are 2 rules for success: 1. what you eat 2. train with consistency and intensity That is it. It's not the rep/set combinations, doesn't matter if you're an easy or hard gainer - it is clean eating and consistent high intensity workout that build muscle. Keep it healthy!

Well this is my first 6 months of lifting in my whole life and i must say i'm addicted to it. I can see that in 6 more months, i wont even recognize myself from a year ago. I am going to read every word of your blog, you definitely have a winning formula.
