Hi everyone Im Kitty been a big fan of mma since i was like 7yrs old and saw ufc for the first time. I trained at home with my family mostly my father he's been a great teacher. Lately Ive got my gf involved in training with me its been nice freshen up on some my old moves teaching her some of what i know. I have a youtube with some of me and her grappling id like to know what your take is on it. Do i have potential?

hey peeps. took a nasty leg kick to the left quad yesterday and now my outer thigh is so sore it hurts to the touch. any suggestions on faster healing?

hey! I have only been doing some MMA for the past month. I had no idea what to start with doing so I picked grappling and have recently started boxing. Are those good choices to start off with or should I change either of those? Any advvice would be great. Thanks

Hey everybody, a little about me, I trained muay thai, bjj and boxing for about 6 years before I got into a bike accident where I broke both ankles, my hip, femur, pelvis and back but I plan on getting back into boxing at least, until then I'm just hitting the weights hard.
