hello everyone checking in with you guys just wanna say NEVER EVER GIVE UP!! you can and will reach your goals no matter what age size or race or even disability i had surgery 10 months ago but finally back at it again and feeling and looking pretty good lol just wanna encourage everyone and say everyone is strong and sometimes you got so much strength you don't even realize it i'm a living testimony

I thank this group for encouraging me with my goals both physical and mental. Today August 8th marks the beginning of my 365 day challenge. There is a lot that I want to and I may not complete all, but I will accomplish as much as possible.
