I am now into Week 3 of the LiveFit Trainer and I'm so excited about it. I am already starting to feel so much better with the gym time, clean eating and more water intake!

Did chest/tris today of Phase 1 at my work's gym. The equipment sucks but I busted it out as best I could with what I had. I'm doing shoulders and abs tomorrow!!! How's everyone doing?

Going into week 5 the workouts seem like they're going to be a lot longer now which I'm finding hard to fit in. I'm thinking doubling up on a session by adding legs in as well, has anyone else done this?

Started the program yesterday... Feeling like this is going to be a great thing. The food doesnt seem bad so far, and I'm looking forward to seeing some results. :)

New to Livefit, on week 2. I've been eating Paleo for the last two months, but am happy to bring some carbs back into my diet. Is there anyway to actually comment on other comments? They are helpful, but I don't see how I can get my questions answered this way. Maybe there's a way and I just don't know how. Anyhow, friend me!

She knows her stuff. Adjust the plan to your needs and abilities and you just have to accept when you experience set backs. I wish I could offer a concrete guarantee in results but I don't think any plan can realistically do that. Be proud of your everyday accomplishments toward a healthy lifestyle and self-discipline experiment. Hope this helps!
