BodyGroup Comments

New to Livefit, on week 2. I've been eating Paleo for the last two months, but am happy to bring some carbs back into my diet. Is there anyway to actually comment on other comments? They are helpful, but I don't see how I can get my questions answered this way. Maybe there's a way and I just don't know how. Anyhow, friend me!

She knows her stuff. Adjust the plan to your needs and abilities and you just have to accept when you experience set backs. I wish I could offer a concrete guarantee in results but I don't think any plan can realistically do that. Be proud of your everyday accomplishments toward a healthy lifestyle and self-discipline experiment. Hope this helps!

Hey Angie, I am still waiting for results. Phase 1 and 2 I was following supplement and nutrition plan strictly. Phase 3 however has been really hard. Workouts are longer and harder and the timing has been inconvenient for a college student with midterms and spring break. I do not think it isn't worth it though. I feel good, I have grown into good habits, I feel like a pro at the gym and I am learning about my body. From my research Jaimie offers REALLY accurate recommendations.

I'm always hungry. I mean HUNGRY!! Nobody ever tells you that eating healthy and working out means that you will ALWAYS be hungry but the changes in my body are AMAZING!!

Hi! I start week 2 tomorrow. I know I need to tighten upmy nutrition but I think the week went well. I just lost 15# over 3 months just focusing on diet & cardio, I am ready to really commit & take my fitness to the next level. I am starting at 26% BF I would like to be at 16-18%. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Hi Cali... I'm on week 3... Are you eating right? And following the program? Your comment is not the first I read about not seeing results and I'm starting to consider if I should change the program before its too late..

Hey everyone! I am on week 8 right now, ending phase2 and I am losing motivation! I feel like I am so bulky and haven't lost anything! Any ideas?

Week three started for me on Monday the LiveFit and been sick with the flu. Any suggestions to keep on track with the program? Double up on weights like do bis tris back and chest on the next day I feel up to going to the gym or just start fresh on Monday and hit it harder?

Hey ya'll! Is this even worth doing if i can't supplement? Will i achieve some results just by clean eating and sticking with the program?Im nursing a baby with a sensitive tummy so I'm afraid to drink any protein powders and upset her.
