A Better Me

A Better Me... is just that. It's your quest to make yourself better...and who wouldn't want to be better. From someone with a 6 pack or someone who has a flab pack, we all want to be better. If you think you can contribute and help out other ABM-ers then...welcome.

Like I said whether you are here to lose 5 pounds or 30 pounds the goal is the same...be A Better Me. Maybe your goal is to add weight, well your welcome as well...everyone has something to offer.

Nov 4, 2009 5:58pm Been a while since I posted anything so here I am making my comments. Going home next month, and sadly I am still bouncing between 190 -200 pounds.
My lift numbers are going up so the strength is good. Although I can't really see the gains, I got myself tested and am at 16.5% BF which is a lot better than the 19.
I guess I just need to keep at it is all. Any advice or anything

Nov 4, 2009 7:46am Ok everyone, I'm ready to fuel my workouts a little more and I need music to do that. So the question is... What songs pump you up in the gym?? I mean, when you hear it, you're ready to do one more set, one more rep!! Don't assume that a brutha ONLY listens to rap and hip-hop. I'll listen to rock and metal too, as long as I get psyched up!!! Right now I'm listening to Saliva "Click, Click, Boom"

Oct 25, 2009 5:48pm Definitely becoming a better me, it's been a year and i'm now down about 90 lbs of fat and up 20 lbs of muscle. Cant wait to see what this next year brings, my way. I am going to re-apply myself and go for a more lean 20 lbs of muscle this year.
