We need to push each other and have someone to answer to. Our group can be a very strong if we stand together. Like in the movie "Field of Dreams" ~ "Build it and they will come!"

This week I am starting a high volume ramp up program. It starts with 5X3 and works up to 8X3 over the course 12 weeks. It is tough adjusting to working out in the morning rather than at night.
6am to 7am seems like the only free time I have.....

Oct 14, 2009 10:52pm I know it's bad when i walk into a gym to ask about a gym pass, feeling ok bout myself then i see a pregnant woman with amazing toned legs doing bicep curls with 15 lbs with amazing arms. wow i'm still so very far from my goal :( ugh
