Detailed Goal

We need to push each other and have someone to answer to. Our group can be a very strong if we stand together. Like in the movie "Field of Dreams" ~ "Build it and they will come!"

Group Commitment

"Every member of this group committed to..."

I would like everyone to commit to writing at least twice a week. I want to know yours goals and what is happening in your life. What changes you have made in your life or maybe someone elses.

Just Checking in. This week I am starting a high volume ramp up program. It starts with 5X3 and works up to 8X3 over the course 12 weeks. It is tough adjusting to working out in the morning rather than at night. 6am to 7am seems like the only free time I have.....

Great answer Ironwolf! We have to be honest with ourselves. We are each different in our own ways. We have to find the recipes that will work for us, which will develop our weakness and will build our strengths!

Newlife... It is human nature to compare yourself to others, but remember why you are at the gym, to improve yourself. Don't worry about others. Just stick to your program and be patient. Your body will respond.
