    ok.... today was my carb up day..... i woke up at 8 am in the morning and continued eating junk all day....yup junk..... i think i ate upto 6000 kcals today..... anyway... ive gained around 5 kgs so far.... will know the real gain tommo morning.....

    Try a burpee test see how many you can do before you crash and burn.Its a good way to keep track of your fitness level. I recently uploaded mine. Ima do another one today hopefully I'll be able to make the 20 mark.

    Ate alot of BBQ today and I gained 3 lbs back FUKK in the last week. Sooo.... Damn....Whats everyone else doing anyone wanna do the some workouts together got any good workout ideas or how about a good fried chicken recipe. Whats up everyone!!!
