With age comes wisdom and although the enthusiasm of youth can sometimes outway this we are no less suceptible to the hard partying and lack of direction that comes in the teens and twenties.
Use this group to share experiences on how you have made gains, discovered a training technique, gained muscle, been complimented, ...
This is somewhere you can post or make a comment that you think is unique to you being in your thirties and one where you can feel confident that other members can relate and respond.
Of course it is about transformation of your body or mindset or both and this groups aim is to encourage and motivate each other.

Aug 11, 2009 7:55am I been taking kickboxing classes for awhile since I started going to the gym. if you don't like running for cardio, which i don't, its a great cardio work out. Something about beating yourself up in the mirror that a great stress reliever.

Jun 26, 2009 6:08pm Being thirty one (225lbs) is awesome for me because i am bigger and better than in my twenties(165lbs). I have always wanted to be big and have muscles because i grew up skinny. finally after years of hard work i have it but now i need to trim the fat.... lol!

Jun 17, 2009 9:55pm I'm finally seeing muscles forming :) That's really exciting for me :) I've been overweight my entire life and over the last 3 years I've lost 70 lbs and kept it off. I just recently hired a trainer to help with the last 40 lbs. and to show me how to build muscle. I can't wait to see the end result!

Jun 8, 2009 11:02pm It's been a while since I posted. I missed my workouts and my eating was horrible the past coupe of weeks while hubby was on R&R. I'm trying to refocus now so I can start getting healthier and more active. I hope everyone had a great weekend!
