Ab Sculpting
“Maintian or improve our Abs.”
Group Founder

Some people might have questions about ab training. Some might want personal anecdotes. I created this group for people who love training their abs.
Group Description
We are a group of serious ab trainers. We like to hear others opinions about ab training and love to incorporate others ideas into our training regiment.
Our goal is to blast fat, sculpt, and carve those abs.
Group Commitment
"Every member of this group committed to..."
Everyone that joins my BodyGroup must post at least one ab training idea, and support others while we train for the best.

Nov 1, 2009 5:15pm "ive been getting alot of benefit out of a superset that goes: leg raises, leg-elevated crunches, russian twists. 60 sec rest, rinse, repeat for 3 sets total."
Thanks mad, i dont usually work on my abs but im going to try your workout. You dont have any rep numbers besides the exercises so im guessing they're max reps?

Sep 17, 2009 10:15am I just joined. As a matter of fact this is the first group I have ever joined. I am new to BodySpace and I am still figuring it out. I feel as if it is helping me stay on track for my goal, and I think being part of this group will amplify that effect. I look forward to letting the world see my rippling abs. Now all that remains is to get rippling abs ;)

Sep 9, 2009 9:41pm new here so i thought id leave my one new idea. ive been getting alot of benefit out of a superset that goes: leg raises, leg-elevated crunches, russian twists. 60 sec rest, rinse, repeat for 3 sets total.
also, STAGGERED abs are different than SLANTED abs. staggered abs, meaning the abs aren't exactly symmetrically shaped, is totally genetic. but slanted abs, meaning the entire set of abs isn't in line with your spine, is the result of applying to much torque to one side on your exercises.

Jul 17, 2009 7:30am I am new to the group. I need advice. I can feel that I have a really well defined 6-pack, but you can't see it due to a small layer of fat. I really want to burn this off. Nutrition and workout advice would be appreciated!

Jul 15, 2009 5:56am Hi. I work my abs every other day, usually bridges/planks. I think it probably is OK to work them every day, but don't over do it. Also, don't forget to bring your abs into play by maintaining a good posture when doing other gym based exercises such as bicep curls, etc and when walking/running/jogging.
