Detailed Goal

You know as well as I do that it is so difficult to get a six-pack. Believe me I know. But if we stick together and work our butts of, we will reach our goal!

Group Commitment

"Every member of this group committed to..."

Every single member of my group will help and support each other in our six-pack goals. We will listen and respect other people's ideas, and will stick together no matter what! The rewards of joining will not only be a six-pack, but a longer, happier life.

Anyone in this group tried the Bender Ball? If so, what do you think of it?

For me, doing crunches or sit ups on a couch or bed is easier. It doest take as much effort, and you can do many more reps

I find if you get a fitness ball and do weighted crunches on it that it hits the abs in ways situps dont.
