Ok I have been an addict for a long time and have been through the ringer of losing weight to see all my cuts and blown up to 240 to max out on my weightlifting, but I really am having a problem with really blowing out my chest. If anyone can help me out with their workouts of what they do to really bring the chest out, I would really appreciate it. Thanks.
