MMAFANATIC28 - Best of luck in your training bro. BurleyMan619 - If you had cardio before, it will come back. Cardio is one of those things that seems to take forever to progress and out of nowhere it becomes noticeable. Atleast in my case.

Hey guys. I started training Muay Thai about 6 months ago, and have been out of the gym for about 3 months due to some medical probs (chest pain). Ive been cleared by the doc so its GO TIME. Ive gained some fat and cardio is **** so its time to get down to business. I start tomorrow.

Hey, I've added an effective MMA Strengthening workout to my Blog. Part 1 is up there still too. 2 phases of a 13 week plan that covers all aspects and can be worked alongside sport specific drill/sparring approaching a fight, or just to get in great shape for ur training. Feedback and ideas/what works well 4 u appreciated, thanks! Oh - UFC had some cool fights right? A couple of fast KOs there!

Hey hawaiinbound03, I have a few vid on my page which should help. Paul Zaichik does some really good stuff out there on the net, easy to follow, with good results. Strength wise, squats, 1 leg squats, deadlifts and lunges have worked great for me. If anyone want help or ideas, hit me up and I'll try to help out.
