Group Description

We are a group of people 40 years of age or older who prove that age is never an issue when wanting to live happy and healthy lives. Our goal is to support and encourage people to defy the barriers we and others set befoe us because of age.

Detailed Goal

The goal is to get as many people as I can to start living again, in spite of raising families, having carreers or just plain settling for being a couch potato because society says we should be. I encourage and challenge everyone joining this group to defy their age and return to that beautiful person that you once were.

    We, the group of over 40 will show those much younger that we still have it. We must work harder and will will meet our goals.

    Thanks so much. Well the breakdown, Sept 13, 1st womens overall, Sept. 26, 5th in my first pro show (those women were amazing!!!) and Oct. 3rd 1st womens overall and and masters women. Thanks for asking. Now is it grow time and heavy, heavy to grow back and arms. How is everyone doing. It has gotten cold here and I want to hibernate. I need your motivation to stay eating clean to grow true muscle!!!!

    It has been a long time but I did my first sprint triathlon it was great I think I found a new hobbyeveryone keep working hard it is fun to go crusing by a 20 somthing when you know they can see your age on the back of your leg and know that is all they are going to see

    set personal best today on squats 440 and personal best on the deadlift 385 not bad for 42 lol!!! gonna finish this year on a great note !!!! sounds silly but the new season started this week of the biggest looser that show hypes me up !!! its not how much u can lift its the heart n desire to reach ur goals that matters those last chance workouts get me fired up and when i train i try to match there intensity works for me lol!!
