We are a group of bodybuilders dedicated to promoting natural bodybuilding, fitness and figure competitions in the state of Alaska. We want to better our bodies through hard training, optimum nutrition and proper supplementation.
Bodybuilding is a very tough sport! Lifting, cardio, diet, supplementation, posing and contest preparation. Every day is an opportunity to better our bodies and ourselves. Sep 28, 2009 10:12am This Saturday is the AFBB Pro Am competition in Anchorage at the Willliamson Auditorium. Prejudjing starts at noon and the evening show starts at 7pm. Come on out and say hello and support bodybuilding in Alaska.

Jun 7, 2009 3:00am Just a quick hello. just joined the group. I am a deployed soldier now, but will be home soon. I am 40+ yrs old and decided not to waste this time that I have here watching movies. But instead learn the science hands on about bodybuilding. I just got done with an 8 week challange with another group and I'm hooked.
