Nov 3, 2009 6:39am Hello all, ive just started my first cut and was wondering if anyone had any advice on post workout nutrition. I was taking a protien carb blend in cyclone however now as im trying to decrease the carbs is it worth just dropping that down to a whey? my other worry is that due to other commitments i usualy dont finish training til around 9 and so was wondering if consuming the carbohydrates that late would effect my cut? cheers

Nov 1, 2009 4:09am Hey everyone, glad to be a a part of the group. Seems most here have some sort of physical event they are trying to get over and keep striving to get to our goals. Hope everyone is doing good. I'm happy to say I'm well on my way to 175lbs by Christmas. Body fat percentage is still up in the air. Take care!

Well ive been taking that size on and novadex testosterone booster by gaspari for about a month now and i have to say that if you are thinking about taking them, its totally worth it. I feel stronger and more energetic. Ive put on four more punds throughout the month. If you have any questions just hit me up. oh I also have corrective eye surgery on monday so wish me luck!!
