    Hey everyone.I hope to learn from ya'll to acheive my goal of competing.By my 45th B-day 13 months left going to update photo's on the 3rd Hope to get some real advise and by all means be Honest I can take it.Nowhere close yet but I am a hard worker.Good luck with ya'lls personal goals.

    9 weeks out from a show and I am already cheating on my diet! My 2nd show, I remember how much I cheated on my first show, I don't want to do that again. What do you do to get your mind off food?

    Yep, I've been coaching for 8 years, and excited to get on stage again. I am an NPC Regional Judge, so I am very into helping out all competitors.
