    All Or Nothing, that statement says it all. When I walk into any gym..I have on My mind..get MONEY! I Go all out or just dont even go and when trying to gain serious Mass strength and size thats what you do...go all out. Train Head to f@#kin TOE.     been busting my @$$ as always on squats and I get so worked up I don't feel human anymore. I pity anyone that doesn't walk into the gym with at LEAST that level of motivation.

    Finally broke da 200lb mark, well before i turn 18 still got like 5 months left, still kinda lean and am lookin to bulk for jus a bit longer since i hate eatin so much and for da summer in case i find a show in town cuz money wont allow me to travel. U will see a 200lb very solid 18yr old no ****in doubt. Hows everybody else comin along? let me hear sum motivation!

    Hi all. I am national benchpress champion in my weight class. But over 200lbs attempt was not approved because of a downswing at the end.... Never mind. Next time I will watch the technique more. Now back to bodybuilding!
