    The new running suits have hit the streets. They are good to go. I ran in mine today for the first time and it is comfortable.

    no prob i think i ran a 17:20 3 mile at one time when i was with anti-terrisim brigade...we ran 12 miles at times thou so i got alot of practice with breathing..also remember to not waste alot of energy by loosing your hands dont hold them in fists...and then make sure your momentem is going forward not up and down in your running motion
