Oct 27, 2009 8:19am I did 100 pullups yesterday in my garage off a bar I hung in the rafters. After this I ate and waited for a bit. Then I grabbed a 25 lb dumbell and did 8 sets of 25 reps on reverse curls to stretch out my forearms. Between workouts I have been mulching on oatmeal and milk like its the end of the world. Sleeping about 6 hours a night and I feel great! I hope that I inspire others here as much as you all inspire me!
