Sep 1, 2009 12:22pm I use an M-Stack, Pump, Pak, Flex supplement combo, and it's been working great for me. I've gotten the results I've been after. Stronger, faster, leaner.

Apr 25, 2009 12:23pm Hey guys i am a member of the Animals group its starting to get hot i need to know the right supplements to make my transformation work fairly quick. I am going to start some intense training from here to the end of the year and i want to not only represent my self but the animal group as well. M.STACK by universal is good but maybe you guys may know something better in reference to clean hard core mass and lean muscular development as well as something to aid in reducing fat.

Feb 2, 2009 7:45pm What's up guys, I'm 6'3 202 and want to put on another 18-23 pounds. If anyone has any tips on workout routines for putting on mass I'd really appreciate it. I want to gain muscle mass but I don't mind putting on a little fat to get the gains I want.
