    I use an M-Stack, Pump, Pak, Flex supplement combo, and it's been working great for me. I've gotten the results I've been after. Stronger, faster, leaner.

    Hey guys i am a member of the Animals group its starting to get hot i need to know the right supplements to make my transformation work fairly quick. I am going to start some intense training from here to the end of the year and i want to not only represent my self but the animal group as well. M.STACK by universal is good but maybe you guys may know something better in reference to clean hard core mass and lean muscular development as well as something to aid in reducing fat.

    What's up guys, I'm 6'3 202 and want to put on another 18-23 pounds. If anyone has any tips on workout routines for putting on mass I'd really appreciate it. I want to gain muscle mass but I don't mind putting on a little fat to get the gains I want.

    Well, unfortunately I have only 3 days a week but am going to bust ass on those 3 days. I'm eating a ton of protein and no fats so I guess that's a start. Thanks.

    Whats up guys? I'm brand spanking new to this group and bodybuilding in general. I've lifted here and there but now I'm ready to get serious. I'm 205 but also 6-3 so you could say I'm a bit thin. Anytips on bulking up while staying cut would be much appreciated.
