I started this group becuase I know how it feels to take that 1st step. I took the frist step and maybe others will too.
Group Description
Animal's cage is a place where men and women who are just starting out/ are coming back to the game from a long break and need encouragement to fight and stay the course to reach thier goals.

Mar 27, 2009 9:55am Cheese. . Thanks for the advice! I've been doing a lot more cardio than I usually do and I've been dropping a few pounds. Today when I go to the gym, I'll probably spend about 40 minutes on the treadmill and tomorrow all I'm working on is abs and cardio, so I'll probably spend closer to a hour on the treadmill. Thanks again.

Mar 13, 2009 6:13am Well I did sand bag pt today not fun I cant walk normally rite now. For those who don’t know what sand bag pt is its for soldiers who mess up at work. To sand bags and iron mikes, filling of sand bags running with sand bags and military press for 3 hours not fun. I will never mouth off to a SGM again

Mar 12, 2009 6:29am what is up animal cage how are the work outs going? i did some cardio 2 day it sucked its hot about 110 and i passed out need more water. Other then that I went to the gym before that hade a good work out. Hope yall do to. Peace out

Mar 4, 2009 1:06am ldb1558 I would suggest dropping the 10lbs first with diet and cardio. Dropping you bf% and weight. Then work on strength keeping a good diet you will need a little more protein in your diet to fill in the microscopic rips in the mussel to give you the strength. Don’t be discouraged if you gain a little weight back that’s just mussel.
